Each year, Allegro’s leadership team recognizes an outstanding team leader that goes above and beyond for our organization. This individual conveys Allegro’s missions and values as well as a committed and passionate work ethic, kindness, respect, and most importantly genuine care and empathy for fellow team members and residents. From dozens of nominations throughout our organization, one thing is for certain – Allegro has some wonderfully, dedicated leaders and we couldn’t be prouder of the team we’ve built.
This year, we’re exceptionally proud to announce Maria Garces as Allegro's “Team Leader of the Year” for 2023! Maria works as the Business Office Manager at our Allegro Winter Park community. This prestigious award is a true testament to Maria's strong work ethic, exemplary service, outstanding leadership qualities, and exceptional commitment to our organization.
Maria has consistently demonstrated an incredible ability to inspire and motivate her team, fostering an environment where each member feels valued and empowered. Her leadership style is a blend of compassion, determination, and innovation. She approaches every challenge with a solution-oriented mindset and is always ready to go the extra mile to ensure the well-being of both residents and staff, making her a true role model within Allegro.
