Spring Arbor of Apex offers welcoming senior living in Apex, NC, where our residents are treated with respect and personal preferences are heard. Assisted Living and Memory Care provide different levels of support within a close-knit community serving families throughout Wake County and the Raleigh metro area.

Visitors often comment on how clean and welcoming our community feels. They also notice the laughter. Our team members genuinely enjoy being here, creating an atmosphere where personal relationships develop naturally.
Leadership continuity strengthens that sense of familiarity. Our Executive Director has been with Spring Arbor for 14 years and has led the Apex team for 10 of them. Our Resident Care Coordinator also brings many years of experience within the community.
That stability helps build trust. Our residents are heard, their families have familiar people to turn to, and team members share a clear commitment to dependable service.
Recent updates have refreshed spaces throughout our community, including our dining area, sunroom, and activity room. Common areas have also received attention, while upgraded lighting and safety systems support everyday comfort.
Assisted Living
Assisted Living offers the freedom to enjoy each day your way, with a little extra support when you need it. Residents can settle into the comfort and privacy of their own apartment, connect with neighbors, take part in activities they enjoy, and spend less time worrying about the responsibilities of daily living.
Personalized care is shaped around each resident’s needs, preferences, and routines, helping them continue doing the things that make life feel familiar and fulfilling. Whether it’s sharing a meal with friends, trying something new, or simply enjoying a quiet afternoon, residents have the support and confidence to make each day their own.
Memory Care
Memory Care provides a warm, secure place where individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia can feel comfortable, connected, and truly at home. Familiar routines, welcoming spaces, and compassionate support help create a reassuring sense of consistency while encouraging residents to engage with the people and moments around them.
Care is personalized around each resident’s story, preferences, abilities, and daily rhythms. Through meaningful activities, familiar experiences, and opportunities for connection, residents are supported in finding purpose and enjoyment each day, while families can feel confident knowing their loved one is understood, valued, and cared for.

Residents can access medical services through Eventus and Curana Health, along with podiatry from visiting providers. Legacy Therapy Services provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Home health, palliative care, hospice, and private-duty caregiver services may also be used based on individual needs.
Does Spring Arbor of Apex offer all-day dining?
Yes. All-day dining allows residents to eat according to their own schedules rather than relying only on limited meal periods. Special dietary needs can also be accommodated, including gluten-free choices.
Does the community offer a dementia caregiver support group?
Yes. A Dementia Support Group meets on the second Thursday of each month. It is open to current families, prospective families, and anyone in the surrounding community looking for guidance or support related to dementia caregiving.
Does Spring Arbor of Apex provide transportation?
Yes. Transportation is available Monday through Friday for medical appointments, outings, and other community activities. Special transportation requests are generally accommodated on Tuesdays and Thursdays when possible.
Is Spring Arbor of Apex considered pet-friendly living?
While we do not allow any pets to live in our community, residents’ pets are welcome to visit. Visiting pets must have vaccination records on file and remain leashed while inside.
