A century of life and a legacy of service were joyfully celebrated on Friday, June 13, 2025, at Allegro Senior Living in Parkland, Florida. The community gathered to honor one of its most remarkable residents, Bill Wallach, on the occasion of his 100th birthday.
Bill is not only a beloved member of Allegro Parkland, but also a proud U.S. Navy veteran and World War II hero. He served bravely during the Normandy invasion—one of the most pivotal moments in modern history. His milestone birthday offered the perfect opportunity to recognize both his long life and his courageous military service.

Surrounded by family, friends, fellow residents, and team members, Bill was also honored with a special visit from the office of State Representative Christine Hunschofsky. The visit added a meaningful touch to the celebration, underscoring the impact of Bill’s life and legacy, both in his community and across the state.
The birthday party kicked off at 3:00 PM at Allegro Parkland, located at 5901 Loxahatchee Road, where guests enjoyed an afternoon of joy, gratitude, and reflection. It was a moving tribute to a man who has lived through a century of history—and helped shape it.
