Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Group

This is an in-person support group for caregivers for individuals with Alzheimer’s or other dementia in collaboration with Alto Senior Living.
Support groups create a safe, confidential, supportive environment or community and a chance for participants to develop informal mutual support and social
relationships. They also educate and inform participants about dementia and help participants develop methods and skills to solve problems.

Harmony Connections: Community Engagement & Connection
Our goal is to ensure our residents remain socially active, connected and engaged. Social offerings will be the focal point of our communities, where residents come together in formal/informal gatherings and events that reflect their experiences and skills, respond to their diverse talents, and encourage involvement in the community and local neighborhood.
Welcome Harmony
is a program designed to help new residents and their family transition smoothly and seamlessly. The program guides lifestyle teams through the residents first 100 hours and first 100 days, laying a foundation that inspires the resident to remain socially active, connected and engaged in their new home.
We love working with the team at the Alto! Mahi and Casandra are two of the best people in the business and I would trust them with the care of my loved ones any day. They have a beautiful community, happy staff members, and very fun activities.
I love Alto Overland Park! Beautiful surroundings and beautiful people. Activities Director has a real pulse on what the residents enjoy and has additionally fosyered a group bond that is very enjoyable to be around! I feel blessed to be involved.
Great building great management out working team staff
We have enjoyed and continue to look forward every month to the joy of performing for those wonderful residents at Alto Overland Park. We love to see (and hear) the residents sing along to our music. We so much appreciate the help and support we receive from the staff - it's like visiting family. Can't wait till our next monthly visit.
