I had a family member in the memory care unit, and knowing they were safe, respected, and genuinely cared for gave our family so much peace of mind. The caregivers were patient, loving, and always took the time to make sure my loved one was comfortable and happy. They treated them with dignity and kindness every single day. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and the activities and engagement provided for the residents are wonderful. The communication from the staff was excellent, and they always kept our family informed and answered any questions we had.

My mother has been a resident of Spring Arbor of Crofton for over 3 years, and my family has never second-guessed this decision. She has always received exceptional care by professional, competent, and compassionate staff. The director, Ginger Martin, and her staff do an excellent job of creating a safe, loving and attentive environment for all residents. They treat each resident and their family with care and respect. We consider them our extended family. There are numerous daily activities led by engaging and fun staff to keep loved ones physically, socially, and intellectually stimulated. The facility and resident apartments are kept clean and well maintained. I have recommended Spring Arbor of Crofton to several other families and they too have been extremely pleased with the care their loved ones are receiving.
