My experience with Allegro Hyde Park has been nothing less than exceptional.

My Mom has lived there for over two years. The staff is professional, friendly, caring and responsive. They go out of their way to personalize the services provided. My mom has had to go to the hospital twice. On both occasions, the staff handled it perfectly. They called me immediately and calmly and reassuringly apprised me of the situation. They followed up completely, including coordination of her return transportation, medications and needed physical therapy. And, the place is beautiful. It looks like a fancy resort. The food is wonderful and they even have the friendliest bartender in town!

This was not easy to accept that I would be unrecognizable to my loved one and that they would eventually need more care. No doubt that Osprey Lodge would be that place. They help the residents and the families with understanding the disease with their knowledge and experience. The staff are amazing at what they do and how seamless they work together, and not to mention that a lot of them have been here for many years. I can explore all areas of the assisted living community with mom, even that she lives in memory care. My favorite part is enjoying the café and the lovely, screened porches overlooking the lake. My advice to you is not to wait – Its nice being the daughter and not the caregiver. Thank you, Osprey Lodge!

My father is living in Assisted Living, and my sister and I rest well knowing he is safe and supported by all of the responsive and kind staff. Throughout the extraordinary challenges caused by the pandemic, Osprey management made necessary adjustments in protocols to protect the residents, keeping us well informed all along the way. Their services for everything from dining and housekeeping to the variety and quality of activities, are very impressive. The entire staff has worked tirelessly through this past unprecedented year, and we highly commend them for maintaining their grace and professionalism in the face of enormous unforeseen stresses. We are very grateful to have our Dad living in Osprey Lodge, and we highly recommend it to others.
