The folks at Allegro are awesome. Our mom is 102 yrs old and has lived with us for over 25 years. few months she developed a UTI. We had no idea what or how o take care of her. A friend recommended Allegro.. We meet with folks and immodestly moved Mom into Allegro. They take such good care of Mom....it is just wonderful to have found a place and community like what we have found at Allegro. Thanks to all the kind caring folks at Allegro!!!!

Before we finalized the decision to move my father here, I looked at many local options. None of them matched the light and airy feel, the fresh smells and casual elegance of Allegro. Allegro is a beautiful place. It looks like a cruise ship. The amenities are second to none. The restaurant is open 7am-7pm and makes each dish to order from a menu that changes daily. The staff knows each resident and are well-trained, receptive and kind. The place is clean. My father is safe here. He really likes the food and is often sitting in one of the lounges reading the newspaper or chatting with other residents. There is a library and a theatre, garage parking, patios and decks and even a little park adjacent to the building. the grounds are clean and landscaped. The rooms have high ceilings and large windows. AND it is competitively priced. I am here to see him almost everyday.

Allegro Richmond Heights is a marvelous place to live for a variety of reasons. This facility provides just about everything I need on an ongoing basis including three very good meals a day, housekeeping services, maintenance, medicine distribution, and many outings and activities. In addition, the facility takes residents to medical appointments when requested. The employees at Allegro are always ready to help the residents. Whether it is the Care Staff, the Med. Techs, the kitchen/dining room cooks and servers, the housekeepers, or maintenance personnel, Front Desk Receptionists, or the Management Team, the courteous and responsive staff is always willing to do their best to assist and care for the residents. There is also a plan to enhance effective communication between employees and residents. This strong effort features regular meetings at which residents are given the opportunity to suggest changes and offer compliments. These meetings are conducted using both formal and informal formats. Allegro is maintained beautifully and provides every resident a wonderful environment to really enjoy and appreciate a superb as well as meaningful life.

Around 2 years away from this place. But awesome team at Allegro. It was definitely an amazing experience. Love all you guys!
