I cannot say enough wonderful things about this assisted living and memory care facility. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were treated like family. The staff is incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive, and it’s obvious that they truly care about every resident. I had a family member in the memory care unit, and knowing they were safe, respected, and genuinely cared for gave our family so much peace of mind. The caregivers were patient, loving, and always took the time to make sure my loved one was comfortable and happy. They treated them with dignity and kindness every single day. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and the activities and engagement provided for the residents are wonderful. The communication from the staff was excellent, and they always kept our family informed and answered any questions we had.

My mother has been a resident of Spring Arbor of Crofton for over 3 years, and my family has never second-guessed this decision. She has always received exceptional care by professional, competent, and compassionate staff. The director, Ginger Martin, and her staff do an excellent job of creating a safe, loving and attentive environment for all residents. They treat each resident and their family with care and respect. We consider them our extended family. There are numerous daily activities led by engaging and fun staff to keep loved ones physically, socially, and intellectually stimulated. The facility and resident apartments are kept clean and well maintained. I have recommended Spring Arbor of Crofton to several other families and they too have been extremely pleased with the care their loved ones are receiving.

Went to Vist my Aunt Gladys. Beautiful set up. Nice little efficiency Apts. Clean smelling and pretty decorator. Lovely dining area . Lots of activities. One of which my aunt runs.

My mom has been at Allegro for 7 years and thoroughly loves her life there. She had an immediate sense of family upon moving in. Brenda Basham and her entire activities crew do a super job making sure there are a variety of activities to please all residents. Mom loves being busy and always is on the go. Truly a wonderful senior living community!

I love this place for my father-in-law! Erica has been outstanding as the Administrator, addressing every concern we’ve had with care and professionalism. She does an exceptional job, and we couldn’t be more grateful for my father-in-law, Mike, to be in such a great facility.

I lived here for about a year now and I love my apartment. My friends come each week to play canasta with me in bistro. My experience with Erica, Aimee and the other members have all been positive. No where is perfect but I like it here however the food problem.

I have to say that the decision to find independent/assisted living for my dad was not a hard one. What I thought was going to be difficult was finding a suitable place with vitality, programming and caring people to become a part of my dad’s life. We looked at 3 places in Boynton and left feeling unfulfilled. THEN we found Allegro and from the time we walked in WITHOUT an appointment, we were greeted with smiles and a senior housing advisor came to meet us right away, sat down and chatted for about 20 minutes answering all our questions and then gave us a great tour! My dad and I left feeling 100% certain that this was the place! Since that day he was invited to stop by anytime, have a meal there, we exchanged contact info and ANY questions I had were answered in a timely manner and we truly felt cared about. Each and every staff person we have met since my dad joined the community was sooooo welcoming and many knew his name as we were moving in! The residents of the community are friendly and mirror the attitude of Allegro. We are all so happy. Dad is making a great transition. At every step in the process there are experienced and caring people who are top notch. I never thought it would be this easy. Thank you Allegro!

My mother has lived here for over a year now and absolutely loves it! I know many of the staff members, and they are all amazing! I can not give a higher praise to this Allegro community.

My Aunt lived there for 4 years and it was such a wonderful place. She recently passed away and they were so helpful with everything I needed to get done. Such a great team there. They took such good care of my Aunt and I was so thankful 💗

Chris, Evan, and Scott are wonderful to work with and do a really great job of making residents feel special. Their nurse, Lauren, also deserves special recognition because she is hard-working, ethical and is always going above and beyond for her clients. The building is also just lovely.

I have toured many assisted living communities in the Bergen County area in recent months. Allegro in Harrington Park was, by far, the most attractive community I visited, and it sits in a beautiful natural setting. The residents seem very friendly, and the recreation/activity offerings are terrific. Both Chris and Evan have been extremely helpful and patient during the process of exploring Allegro as an option for my parents.

I cannot say enough good things about Allegro senior living at Harrington Park. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure every resident feels like part of a big family. The care provided is exceptional. The caregivers are not only professional and highly skilled, but they are also genuinely compassionate and attentive to the individual needs of each resident. They treat everyone with dignity and respect. There are plenty of activities and social events to keep the residents engaged and active in all levels of care. It's clear that the staff here truly care about the residents’ happiness and quality of life. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved ones.

My Dad is 88 and has been at Allegro Parkland for exactly 2 months. He did not want to be there at first, but after 2 months he is VERY HAPPY and grateful to be at Allegro Parkland. He has a super comfortable room, a lovely patio, the food at Allegro is a 10/10 (the cuisine is superb), the other residents are very nice, and the staff go above and beyond in tending to their residents. Rebecca and Debra answer all your questions and help make a smooth transition, Fernanda is the most on top of it nurse and handles everything masterfully, and all the staff from Sharon to Alfredo to Sophia to Kerrean to Vijay to Winnie to Jeny to Maria… I really am in awe at how great Allegro is and how lucky my Dad is to be there. We saw a few other facilities and I didn’t want my Dad to move at any of the other places, but when you step into Allegro Parkland you are stepping into a place you truly want to live. Thank you so much, Allegro Parkland, for being such a perfect place for my Dad. I will continue to sing Allegro Parkland’s praises. I’m telling you - this is an amazing place you would be lucky to call home.

Had a great meeting with Julie at Allegro yesterday to discuss how they can support our clients. Was very impressed with the facility, their process and, most importantly, the care that they show their residents and families. It was on display as I toured the facility, and saw how the staff, including Julie, interact with residents in a positive and caring matter. Won't hesitate to recommend Allegro to our clients and their families!

Julie is an amazing resource. We did not know where to start and she has been a soft place to land, so thankful for her.

I am in the process of researching options for my mother‘s future care. I called Allegro and made an appointment with Julie Brendle for a tour of their facility. When I arrived at Allegro, upon walking through the door, there was a welcome card posted with my name on it. Clearly they were prepared for my arrival. I was quickly introduced to Julie who has a very warm smile and sincere presence about her. We sat in a quiet room and Julie listened carefully as I relayed relevant information about our family’s process over the last few years. She asked insightful questions and truly listened to my concerns about our situation. I could write many paragraphs, relaying my positive impression of their staff and facility. I will suffice it to say that the facility is beautiful. The residents appear to be engaged in life and happy. Staff seemed present and truly concerned about the well-being of those around them. Julie gave thoughtful information that seemed to really come from the heart. I felt understood and better educated about my many options going forward. I don’t know what my mother‘s choices will be at this point, but I feel confident in Allegro should she choose to pursue dependent and or assistant living. Many thanks for the thoughtful consideration I received today.

I have been looking for a place for Mom here in St Augustine and visited Allegro. I walked in cold off the street and was provided an in depth tour with Julie Brendle. I could not have felt more welcome! She is awesome! The facility is truly lovely with everything my Mom will need or want for her future home. Everyone seemed so happy, from the employees to the residents. That speaks volumes! I'm moving Mom in next month and am feeling so good about our decision.

I moved both of my parents into Allegro at the end of 2020 (during COVID)--it's been almost four years later and when I look back it was one of the best decisions we ever made as a family. Not only is the facility clean and beautiful but every single person that works there is the best of the best...especially the nursing staff. They truly care and they truly put their heart into taking care of our loved ones. Both of my parents have stage 4 cancer along with other chronic conditions but they have thrived here because they get great care and all of their needs are met. The proximity to TGH is a blessing. Between the two of them, there are quite a few medical appointments -- but the Allegro driver takes care of transportation. There have been a few times that they needed around the clock care and/or emergency services and the team at Allegro took care of everything or made new care plans -- the communication is always outstanding and transparent. It is wonderful to know that you can trust them. I can't begin to express how thankful I am for the peace of mind they have given me. I love knowing that there is a great community of caring staff, a great group of other residents and so many activities and outings. Because of them, I get to spend precious time with my parents... instead of trying to be their caregiver. My parents love the ability to remain independent (even when receiving all the assistance) and I enjoy the peace of mind. I researched and toured every place in Tampa. Just a little advice....call the facilities you are looking at after hours and see if anyone answers. There is a huge difference with Allegro because they have a professional, knowledgeable staff...they have someone at the desk and will answer 24/7 -- they will take care of anything you need. I have been out of the country and worried about one of them, called at 2am and they sent someone to the room to give me an update. If your loved one is having an issue, they get someone to the apartment immediately and they communicate. I could go on and on...but dealing with ill and aging parents is hard -- Allegro has made the journey easier on me.

My mother has lived at Allegro for 6+ years, and absolutely loves it. What's not to like? Allegro is in an ideal location in South Tampa. Mom has the following services: her bed made and turned down daily; 3 delicious meals delivered daily; weekly cleaning and laundry. She has no stress, which I think is why she's lived to 93! And there are plenty of activities-Mom and I particularly enjoy the wine tastings! And the holiday galas. Allegro may cost a bit more, but it is absolutely the best assisted living facility in Tampa. I wouldn't want Mom to live anywhere else.

I want to give a special shout out to BREE she is a waiter in the kitchen, who waits on the residents. I have witnessed first hand how incredible she truly is. Her attitude is always great, her customer service skills are awesome she takes her job seriously and most of all treats the residents with the up most respect.

(8/02/24) My mother is in the AL at Allegro, and loves it. The facility seems more like a hotel than a senior living facility. The staff is so caring, and the happiness and well being of the residents is clearly their first priority. Annette, who assists my mother quite often, is so wonderful! It’s the people that make the place special. (Edit 11/19/24 - Just had to add an edit to note, once again, how marvelous is the staff at Allegro! Particularly Annette, whom my mother relies on so much, and is just SO GOOD at what she does. If you are looking for an IL/AL facility that truly cares about their residents, I urge you to check out Allegro.)

The folks at Allegro are awesome. Our mom is 102 yrs old and has lived with us for over 25 years. few months she developed a UTI. We had no idea what or how o take care of her. A friend recommended Allegro.. We meet with folks and immodestly moved Mom into Allegro. They take such good care of Mom....it is just wonderful to have found a place and community like what we have found at Allegro. Thanks to all the kind caring folks at Allegro!!!!

Before we finalized the decision to move my father here, I looked at many local options. None of them matched the light and airy feel, the fresh smells and casual elegance of Allegro. Allegro is a beautiful place. It looks like a cruise ship. The amenities are second to none. The restaurant is open 7am-7pm and makes each dish to order from a menu that changes daily. The staff knows each resident and are well-trained, receptive and kind. The place is clean. My father is safe here. He really likes the food and is often sitting in one of the lounges reading the newspaper or chatting with other residents. There is a library and a theatre, garage parking, patios and decks and even a little park adjacent to the building. the grounds are clean and landscaped. The rooms have high ceilings and large windows. AND it is competitively priced. I am here to see him almost everyday.

Allegro Richmond Heights is a marvelous place to live for a variety of reasons. This facility provides just about everything I need on an ongoing basis including three very good meals a day, housekeeping services, maintenance, medicine distribution, and many outings and activities. In addition, the facility takes residents to medical appointments when requested. The employees at Allegro are always ready to help the residents. Whether it is the Care Staff, the Med. Techs, the kitchen/dining room cooks and servers, the housekeepers, or maintenance personnel, Front Desk Receptionists, or the Management Team, the courteous and responsive staff is always willing to do their best to assist and care for the residents. There is also a plan to enhance effective communication between employees and residents. This strong effort features regular meetings at which residents are given the opportunity to suggest changes and offer compliments. These meetings are conducted using both formal and informal formats. Allegro is maintained beautifully and provides every resident a wonderful environment to really enjoy and appreciate a superb as well as meaningful life.

Around 2 years away from this place. But awesome team at Allegro. It was definitely an amazing experience. Love all you guys!

Hi everybody, I have been in Allegro since March 2023 not quite a year yet but I am very happy here. In fact today we had a birthday celebration of everybody that had a January or February birthday, which included me and it was awesome. The service was great. The food was wonderful. Everybody did something to make us all have a wonderful day. I really appreciate those extra efforts that they make here at Allegro and it’s not just one employee. It’s all of them.

My grandmother lived at Allegro for 15 years, and this place had such a positive impact on her life. The activity programming facilitated so many ways for her to get to know other residents and lead a great social life for not only herself but for the entire resident community. The staff has always been so supportive of my family , and I have countless memories of holiday brunches and parties enjoyed there. As a young child, going to Allegro was always something I really looked forward to not just because I loved spending time with my grandmother and her friends, but because I loved the events and activities and getting to know the friendly staff. Thank you Allegro for all you do for families!

I wanted to share some thing about this community and I absolutely love it. I spoke to all the residents here and they love the food, the atmosphere and everything about this absolutely breathtaking & lovely community. Laurie Jordan does such a phenomenal job running this community. If you’re looking for a senior living community, this is the place that I would pick. Tallahassee charm. Don’t miss out on this amazing experience at the Allegro.

I love the Allegro brand! I have been to a handful of them in Central Florida and surrounding areas. Smiles are big, hearts are kind and the care is compassionate. A definite must see if you are looking to level up and live a “resort” lifestyle. They even have a pool :)!

I can’t express how amazing this facility is. I looked at ten places before finding this community for my mother. She started in assisted living but we knew eventually she would need memory care. The staff is outstanding. They treat my mom as family and is extremely caring. The food is great. The nursing staff is truly the best. They have activities all day and they will encourage all to be involved. My mom was shy and they helped her make friends. This facility is very personal. I was at ease knowing my mom is safe, being well cared for and having fun. Thank you!

If I could give 10 stars,I would!! The staff are fantastic! I have a relative at Alto. The facility is beautiful. The staff are ALL very engaging, and attentive, from the top on!! Shout out to Elizabeth, Alexis (Amazing!!), Diann, Gette, Sydney, Mike, Cynthia, Jacqueline, Jeffrey, Chris, And so so so many others!! Every single member has been super, and that includes Chef and cleaning staff toooo!! Thank you for everything, you’ve ALL made my brother’s transition very smooth. ❤️

We have enjoyed and continue to look forward every month to the joy of performing for those wonderful residents at Alto Overland Park. We love to see (and hear) the residents sing along to our music. We so much appreciate the help and support we receive from the staff - it's like visiting family. Can't wait till our next monthly visit.

Great building great management out working team staff

From the moment you enter the lobby you can feel the warmth of a home. Beautiful music plays and the fireplace beckons you to come and sit for a while. That’s just the beginning of how you’ll feel here, just wait until you meet the caring staff who are constantly collaborating on the events and adventures you’ll experience here!

We placed my Dad in Alto Stuart the beginning of April 2024 and we have been so please with the facility. The staff is so kind and caring. The are very attentive. If he does not go down for a meal someone comes up to check on him. They are constantly checking in on him and that gives us piece of mind. They go out of their way to make it like home. We are so happy we choose Alto.

Our experience with Alto Stuart had been overall wonderful. Kaitlyn Oteri, the Executive Director and Elizabeth Olsen, Head of Nursing in particular have been so very supportive and attentive to our sister’s mental, physical, medical needs and working with us with complicated financial restrictions. They have gone above and beyond on working with our family to get the best and most tailored care for our sister. We feel there genuine caring and interest in making this the best experience for our sister. Also, kudos to Araceli at reception for her warm and welcoming first impression as we enter Alto Stuart. Finally, Lorraine’s steadfast social interaction planning keeps the community alive and engaged. Thank you for everyone at Alto Stuart for making this difficult transition in life hopeful and yes, even joyful.

From the moment we toured Alto Stuart, we felt comfortable and at home. The facility itself is updated, stylish, clean and radiates warmth. The entire staff - housekeepers, dining staff, aides, nurses, facilities staff, and administration - was helpful, warm, caring, and attentive. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed. In the initial days of moving in, Alto staff helped my family member find dining mates that cultivated new friendships. The food was diverse and tasty -- and the activities were plenty. I only wish we hadn't waited as long we did for my family member to move in.

Such a beautiful community in a great location. I love visiting here. The staff are all very friendly, and the onsite therapy team are wonderful.

I come to play games here every week :) the residents are happy and the facilities are beautiful. The staff are simply the best!

Things run fairly well when staffing levels correct.

We are amazed in how much EVERYONE has done to help my mom during her adjustment period. Everyone has gone above and beyond in making it a smooth and reassuring transition. We couldn’t ask for more. From the best of meals, to the best of activities, to the best of the staff engaging with the residents it has been incredible!!! When I say the staff engages with the residents it literally means everyone. They really care for and about the residents. It’s so heartwarming to see so many residents happy and smiling and enjoying themselves.

I am so much more at ease knowing she is there!!! My mother was living in a different ALF, wish I could say which one so others would avoid the horrible experience! AI finally decided to move her to Alto, thank God I did!!! She is happier than I have seen her in a long time. The staff checks on her throughout the day and night , everything she needs is there from doctors to hairdressers. The daily schedule could be compared to that of a cruise ship! If you have to make the decision for a parent or a loved one, choose Alto you will not be disappointed!

We love working with the team at the Alto! Mahi and Casandra are two of the best people in the business and I would trust them with the care of my loved ones any day. They have a beautiful community, happy staff members, and very fun activities.

By far the best staff and residence around. Was in simsbury previously and was unhappy. Moved closer to family and moved to Harbour Chase now Alto at evergreen walk. My father has since passed and I miss the people and staff of Alto Evergreen Walk.

My mother moved up from Long Island NY into Alto Senior Living just over 1 month ago to be closer to her family in South Windsor. She absolutely LOVES everything about this community! Her apartment has exactly what she needs. Its a new community, only a few years old. The apartments are well lit, safe and very spacious and also have amenities included, including laundry, housekeeping,maintenance, cable, internet. All the meals are prepared fresh in the restaurant and are delicious! We often have meals together here and the menu is so diverse and made to order. Daily specials and a great kitchen and dining staff. Our teenage kids love visiting grandma and getting to eat at the restaurants here too. The options for activities here are endless. From art sessions to daily happy hours and fire pits, to movies and cards, and can't forget about bus trips to events around Connecticut, mom is more busy now than she has been in a long while. The in house salon is exactly what she was looking for to get her hair and nails done whenever she desires. She calls her new home "Bougie sleep away camp for seniors." She has connected with and made many new friends in just the short time she has been a resident here. I can't leave out the amazing nursing care and assistance that is given to mom at Alto. She gets all the attention she requires for her daily needs from a dedicated and caring and knowledgeable nursing staff that assists her with all of her medications and really listens to her needs and concerns....plus any help is always a button push away.The physical therapy/occupational therapy department has to be commended for their incredible work as well. We looked at several local assisted living communities and the choice was easy once we found Alto.

My dad moved into Alto Johns Creek over the summer. As a geriatric care manager and PT, I knew it was the right move for him, but as a daughter it was still a very stressful decision. The caring staff at Alto made the transition for all of us a breeze. I never doubted that he would be safe and well cared for. He has continued to thrive and is enjoying his best life at Alto.

Alto Johns Creek is a beautifully designed community with warm and welcoming staff!

We have been with this facility since it opened and my mom has flourished in the memory care. The facility is beautiful and even though there has been change in management I am optimistic that my mom will continue to receive quality care

Just had Easter brunch there today with my Dad Terry and it was wonderful. What a beautiful presentation the food was excellent and a wonderful staff to make it a super experience. My Dad is very happy with Allegro it was definitely the best choice. Thank you

We moved to Allegro Fort Lauderdale 5 months ago and we are delighted. This is a very upscale community in a great location. The number of activities is awesome. The meals provided are excellent especially the soups that are better than in a cruise ship. We have a 2 bedroom 2 baths apartment which is very comfortable.

We selected RoseWood as the care facility for my mother, who has Alzheimer's. Move in was smooth, my mother is very happy there, and the staff have been incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everyone we have met and interacted with has been polite, professional, and they genuinely care for the residents. I have immense gratitude to RoseWood for the peace of mind I have knowing my mother is looked after and cared for by qualified professionals.

My family is so very appreciative that they had a spot for our mother when she needed extra care. The staff is so caring. Posting her name on the welcome board was a very nice touch and made her feel at home right away. Our mother always loves how wonderfully the facility is decorated especially during the holidays. There are always so many activities to pick from. The nursing staff and physical therapy staff provide excellent care. She appreciates the friendships she's developed since being there and is especially impressed with the friendliness and care from the cafeteria staff and their willingness to accommodate her special diet needs. She was also especially grateful to the maintenance staff who were always responsive to needs and willing to help.

Rosewood welcomes family involvement and will embrace you as part of the Rosewood family. I visited often and at differing times and was always impressed with the friendliness and compassion of the employees. Management was visible and knew each resident and their families. My mother’s caregivers quickly learned her personality and could make her smile even on bad days. The memory care staff follows a strict schedule that ensures the resident is clean and cared for. My mother’s room was always clean and trash removed. The Med Techs also knew the residents’ preferences and abilities regarding medications. Resident personalities in memory care vary greatly, I was impressed with how the staff engaged with individual residents, meeting them where they were in their dementia journey.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. As a family member to a resident, it was assuring that my family member was well taken care of. The facility was extremely clean and the atmosphere upbeat. Other residents appeared happy and content. Any concerns were addressed in an acceptable time frame and the medical staff was attentive to my family member needs. I highly recommend Rosewood Village for Assisted Living needs.

I am a local family physician in Charlottesville. I placed my mom at Rosewood Village (Greenbrier Dr) since I had heard from patients and colleagues about the great care that they received there. I was not disappointed. They delivered excellent and loving care during her stay. The staff is friendly and personable. At Rosewood Village, there is a family atmosphere.

In every stage we felt that he was treated with dignity and respect and he was well cared for. Staff was always warm and friendly and truly seemed to care. There were fun activities for the residents and the public areas were always decorated for every holiday. We highly recommend RoseWood at Hollymead.

Rosewood Greenbrier is a wonderful assisted living community, offering assisted living and memory care support to residents in a caring, compassionate and comfortable setting. Residents are well care for by quality and well trained staff and the community is ever so cozy. The activity calendar is full of fun and stimulating activities and trips!

I can’t say enough good things about this facility, its staff and the new executive director/administrator. They are a phenomenal team and you can tell they all truly care about the residents and the facility. It’s a beautiful property and do not hesitate to go take a tour or provide a loving home for your loved ones.

Spring Arbor is absolutely beautiful! I helped a friend move in there and the process was so smooth and easy. Every single staff member was so friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. I’m not sure how else to explain it except it always smells and looks like a fancy hotel, but feels like home at the same time. I would recommend all my friends and family who are looking for assisted living to go with Spring Arbor!

My mother has been a resident at Spring Arbor since 2022. We are pleased with care she receives daily. The staff has always went above and beyond to make my mother feel at home. The facility is very clean and the community of residents and staff have become like a second family for my mother. We highly recommend.

Mom was there from January of 2025 to July of 2025 in the memory care unit. We loved the beautiful facility and the staff was very helpful, caring and attentive. The food at that time was less than desirable but I’ve heard that issue has since been dealt with. The overall stay was great! I highly recommend Alto.

We were thankful to get our Mom into Alto Duval Station (formerly The Canopy) when we did. The location on the Northside of Jax is beautiful, clean, and was convenient for our regular visits. She began in the Assisted Living section but quickly moved to Memory Care. The food was delicious and the staff caring. Overall, our experience was positive and we would recommend it.

My wife has been a resident at SA for 1 1/2 years. In that time, the care that she has received has been excellent. Staff and administration has been exemplary, professional and knowledgeable in all ways. I have no complaints at all.

My Father was treated with love and respect. His treatment by the staff was amazing they seen to his every need 24 hours a day. He was very happy there. We couldn't have picked a better place for him to stay. Beautiful,clean and he liked the food ,three meals a day served to him and snacks. I want to thank every person that worked there. I have lived here for 4 yrs- love the place!! I especially love the care I've been given. The food, laundry, anything that I would want, all I have to do is call for it. Lots of entertainment and respect! I would highly recommend this place. I was very sick for 6 months and was quarantined for a good part of that (lots of things going on from getting a pacemaker to getting pneumonia) and I received excellent care! I can not say enough good things about Spring Arbor.

Spring Arbor in Richmond, Ky is such a wonderful community. When we made the difficult decision to move mom into a memory care unit, I was so happy that we found Spring Arbor. From our first tour of the facility to every stop along the way, the team members at Spring Arbor were so helpful. Mom is thriving there, enjoying daily activities, wonderful meals, and finding friends to keep her company. The staff is always available, and I have had no issues trying to get a hold of anyone. They are quick to keep me informed if anything arises, and if I have a question or small issue, they are quick to address it and get it settled. We are thrilled with the choice to move mom in there. She is safe, well attended to, and so happy there!

I cannot express the gratitude that I truly feel for this place and the staff. My dad was there for a little over 2 years and he is full onset dementia. The care and the respect that the staff show towards the residents is truly outstanding.

Hearthside has been a true blessing to my family. They have been an incredible support to my mother during a very difficult transition in her life. When Mom needed more care than we could provide, Spring Arbor was the only place I considered. The staff has always been wonderful. They somehow manage to hire the most caring, compassionate people who seem to really consider the residents “family”. I have developed wonderful relationships with several of them and when I visit my Mom it’s like catching up with old friends. Spring Arbor of Apex is small enough that no one gets overlooked. The men and ladies in the kitchen do a great job also! My husband and I have attended many social events for families and it’s always such fun! Both of my parents are residents here. They have completely different needs and staff is adept at meeting them. Although they started out on the assisted living side, we were able to move them to the memory care wing when the time was right. It was a seamless transition and the staff has worked hard to keep them happy and active. We personally have not experienced staff turnover since they moved to Spring Arbor. I think that says a lot about the management. The experience has made all our lives easier and I can't say enough about the care my parents receive.

This place is amazing. Bright, beautiful, friendly. The staff has been very attentive and helpful as we just moved our parents in. Spring Arbor of Frederick has been caring for my parents in the Assisted Living for over 2 years. In that time I’ve seen wonderful caregiving, staff, and leadership and witnessed the friendly, healthy environment every day. The nursing caregivers and medical assistants truly care as if these were their own parents. Mom, now that Dad passed, is living alone but never alone as the staff care and assure she is continually involved and happy. It’s a beautiful clean facility. The food is good and Mom loves it and the variety. Lots of nice activities and special events. Compliments to the Activities Director for make each day different, fun and full of engagement.

We are super pleased with Spring Arbor of Fredericksburg. We visited on a Saturday by that Thursday we signed the lease and Friday my Dad and his wife were moved in. The Staff have been amazing to work with. When I go visit my Dad and his wife I feel like I have known them a lot longer than 6 months. They are very well taken care of. I was able to go on vacation without worrying about their care. Spring Arbor of Fredericksburg hands down the best community in the area. One of many activities, a car show in the parking lot was a great day to enjoy the sun. Recommend 100%

Me & my family came to visit Spring Arbor to surprise my mother. The staff was very welcoming from beginning to the end. We were welcomed with a warm smile from the front desk attendant & the staff around her. The workplace is very clean & professional. The residents were very nice as well and you could tell they were being treated very well in the facility. They even played with my toddler as if she was a part of their family. Such a great place I would recommend to anyone!

Great location! This is a beautiful assisted living facility with constant activities for residents. We had a family member stay here a few years back and she enjoyed her time here. She was able to socialize with new and old friends in the community when we were unable to visit.

My mother loves living at Spring Arbor. She had been living alone after daddy passed and the move to Spring Arbor has increased her quality of life. She is constantly engaged in challenging and fun activities, she receives healthy, well, balanced meals, her laundry and housekeeping are taken care of for her. The staff truly cares for her and desires to meet her needs. In our family, we joke that this experience is somewhere between that of life on a cruise ship and a life in college dorm. I am not saying that everything is always perfect. But any issue we’ve encountered has been taken care of with care and efficiency. Momma resisted for a couple of years wanting to stay at the house that she and daddy had called home. But it is not uncommon on any given day for her to look at me and say, “I’m really glad I moved here.”

All of the staff are so engaging with my mother and any of us who visit. They are thoughtful and have fantastic energy for all. The rooms and common space are very well cared for and are of good quality. Lastly, the active event calendar they have for everyone is amazing. There is so much diversity and variety.

Hearthside Bartlett has the best all around staff in the 901, and have taken exceptional care of my mother for more than 2 years now. Communication and cooperation with our family could not be better. Mom needs more attention these days and they check on her almost hourly, going above and beyond to make sure she is safe, eats well, takes care of hygiene, and the list goes on. Food is great, nurses are fantastic, activities are well organized. We have had zero complaints and countless compliments for the staff.

The staff at Hearthside are wonderful, caring and loving caretakers. I have so much respect for them. My mom has been there for two years, They really care about their residents.

My Dad has been at Spring Arbor Cottage for 2 years. The care team there really makes the difference. Everyone truly cares about the residents and treats them with dignity and care. Rose, the nursing director, stays in constant communication with families. The doctor comes to the facility three times a week and always makes residents and families feel seen and heard. Front-desk staff is friendly and professional, and the maintenance and housekeeping staff do a great job keeping things looking and smelling clean and homey. I was worried about Dad's adjustment to living away from home, but his anxiety has diminished significantly since moving to Spring Arbor. Day-to-day life was becoming very scary for him with dementia, but the predictability of routines and the constant communication and care from staff put him at ease.

A month ago I had to make a decision that I don't wish on anyone else - realizing that it was time to get help and put my wife of 61 years into Memory Care. I had recommendations for Spring Arbor Cottage at Salisbury, and when I checked them out, I found the people friendly and helpful and the premises clean, and very welcoming. It has now been one month, and I can say that I'm sure I made the right decision. The staff has embraced my wife and made her transition easier. I feel great comfort in knowing that they are committed to making her life as active and safe as possible. I highly recommend this facility for anyone else that finds themselves facing the same situation.

Our experience with Spring Arbor's memory care community has been wonderful. The facility is always clean, and the staff are always kind and compassionate with Mom and her family and friends. They go above and beyond! While my mom's cognitive decline has continued, she has actually gained physical strength since moving there, which has been encouraging to see. The adjustment was difficult for both her and our family, but the staff at Spring Arbor knew exactly how to help. They reassured us that everything would be okay and reminded us that it would simply take time for everyone to adjust and guided us on how to help Mom with the transition. We especially appreciate their communication.

I have nothing but praise for Spring Arbor of Apex! My mother moved into the facility 11 months ago. We toured many facilities in North Carolina, but this one felt like home. The executive director, Miss Tonya, has created a very caring and loving culture. The staff truly take an interest in the residents and take excellent care of them. The activities director, Dana, works tirelessly to provide activities for the residents. Spring Arbor also has an in house therapy group, Legacy, that is quite frankly the best that I have ever seen. The Legacy staff have a talent for helping each resident to be the best they can be. It is such a relief to know that Mom is safe and lovingly cared for.

My father has been living at Spring Arbor of Crofton for over a year. He never wanted to leave his home but since being at Spring Arbor, he has often said " I love it here". You could never ask for more dedicated staff who make you feel like family! We have since brought my Mother-in-Law to live here as well. I can now be my father's daughter and not just his caregiver.

You couldn't ask for a place that has a more compassionate loving staff. My parents both lived there until they passed away. During COVID we couldn't be there with them but the staff jumped in and took care of them as if they were part of their family! That loyalty is hard to find! This community is warm and inviting. The front office staff are warm and welcoming. I would have these people care for my loved ones! The food and the activity programs are also excellent. There is no better assisted living.

My mom has been at Spring Arbor for over a year now. She is 92. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff who care for her. The facility is clean and decorated beautifully. The activity director schedules many things for the residents to participate in each week. I also appreciate the administrators at Spring Arbor. They are very professional, yet are there for you if you have a question or concern about your loved one. They additionally offer hair and nails and a very caring nurse and PA on staff.

Spring Arbor is a wonderful community. You can tell the staff really care for the residents. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. There are many activities and events residents are able to participate in.

The staff is very friendly and have taken care of every need for my Mom, including special attention at move in. When I toured the facility I thought the interior and grounds were very well maintained and was surprised to learn it has been in operation longer than I thought. The residents seem nice too. It doesn't have the feeling of being a care facility; but, rather, it has a very homely feeling

My Uncle lives here and, as he tells us boys, 'I couldn’t ask for better people or better care.' We visit weekly and there has never been any complaint from him or us. I would rate them a 10 out of 10!!!!

From the moment I walked into White Springs Senior Living, I felt welcomed and cared for. Jennifer Roman was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire visit. Her passion for helping families and seniors was evident in every conversation we had. I came prepared with a list of questions, but Jennifer was so knowledgeable and thorough that she answered every single one before I even had a chance to pull out my notes. She took the time to explain everything clearly, listened to our concerns, and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel comfortable and reassuring.

Staff at Windsor Manor in Grinnell gave our mother wonderful care. The love for those they care for is very evident. Communication to the family was very good. They provide many opportunities for activities in and out of the Manor.

Windsor Manor is an amazingly clean and inviting facility. While my grandpa was there, he was always well taken care of by the extremely attentive and caring staff. We never worried about his level of care when we weren’t there visiting, because we knew he was loved and respected by the staff. We were all treated like family and that made a huge impact. If you’re considering this type of transition, Windsor Manor and its staff makes this decision so much easier. Very pleased and highly recommend.

This place is wonderful! I firmly believe you can tell how nice a place is from the moment you walk in and sense the environment. Every staff member has been wonderful! The director always gets right back to us as does the DON. My mom is in memory care, and the staff is SO nice, caring and helpful. The place is always so clean, and they jump right to it if we have any questions. Mom is so well taken care of. They are all so patient. The food is so much better than where she was. The activities are great. We can leave her knowing she is in good hands. It makes my life so much less stressful knowing the care she is getting. Mari has been awesome and seems to have a close group working with her. Thank you!!!

My husband's mother has been at Windsor Manor for about 7 months now. She loves the staff and the care and attention she is given. She says the cook and the food are very good, too. She enjoys the activities, especially the BINGO. Another plus, Mom has met some wonderful friends since she arrived there. Windsor is a clean and well run assisted living facility. My dad was in the memory care area at Windsor Manor. The facility is very clean and home-feeling. The director went above and beyond to take special care of my dad and meet his needs. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and very kind to my dad. The food was exceptional and the dietary personnel were great. We always felt well informed of my dads care and any concerns that arose. It is a safe, loving environment and highly recommended.

Windsor Manor has exceptional staff. You can tell they are there for all the right reasons. They like to have fun with their residents, and they show great team work. They celebrate special days throughout the month. They celebrate residents and staff birthdays, they make residents feel special with a decorated cake as well, as all the staff when it's their birthday. You can tell that it makes them feel special through the smiles, and for staff even behind the masks you can tell in their eyes they are loved by residents and their team members. I feel God is smiling down at their efforts. Management is very caring, they jump right in there to make everyone feel like their the most important person in their life at that time. And last but not least their posts on Face Book shows how much fun they like to have at this facility. I don't know who wouldn't want to take their love one there. My mom has been a resident of Windsor Manor for 10 months and has been very happy there. The staff is very friendly, caring, and helpful. She has made lots of new friends, which is great since she moved in from a town 50 miles away. The activities she is involved in have been good for her. She enjoys playing 500, putting together jigsaw puzzles, penny bingo, and attending the church services on Sunday afternoons. She started calling this home after about 2 months of adjusting, which made me very happy!

The staff are very friendly and caring. They take wonderful care of the residents and all of their needs. I highly recommend this facility!

The staff at Spring Arbor is dedicated, professional, and compassionate. When I moved two family members in last summer, it felt as if I were entrusting them to extended family. Some staffers have left, and I know the facility is part of a larger company that has a range of properties to manage. But I've never believed the care for my loved ones has been anything less than top priority. When a small number of mistakes have been made or conflicts have arisen, Spring Arbor has contacted me immediately and engaged me with creative solutions. Assisted living in surrounding counties is significantly more expensive. But I don't believe it's better. My loved ones are happy with Spring Arbor, and so am I.

This is a beautiful building with a gorgeous view!!! The staff is always warm and welcoming, and the residents are very active and engaged. I love that they are a pet- friendly facility!!!

Mom has only been here for a couple of weeks now but after the first meeting we could tell this would be a kind & caring environment for her. They have been very easy to communicate with. The staff is very helpful & kind. It's obvious they pay close attention to details, getting to know mom and take special care with her medicines.

What makes Alto Boynton Ridge a wonderful haven for the elderly is the community. The staff is friendly & caring with both residents and family. Each week Mom enjoyed live music and games as the residents gathered in the evenings. The environment is modern and clean. It never smelled like “a nursing home” for the 2+ years that Mom lived there. If you have a loved one that you cannot care for at home, Alto Boynton Ridge is the next best thing to home.

My wife and I been here at Alto Hickory Creek in memory care (for safety and care for my wife) for almost a year and a half. The staff here is simply awesome. They are very supportive and careing of the residents. We enjoy the on-premise therapy, the open bar in the evening, bingo in the afternoon, crafting, and other activities. The bingo is especially fun because the points received are like cash at the pre-Christmas auction. We got a great pillow and food among other things. Everyone enjoyed the bidding process. The location is absolutely the best in Brevard county especially if you are in Titusville/north Brevard. We visited 8 ALFs and could not find a better place. Y’all come on down - you will love it.

My mother spent her last year at Rosewood Hollymead in memory care. There are many assisted and memory care facilities around Charlottesville, Rosewood Hollymead does things right. The staff takes the time to decorate for every season and holiday so the residents always feel connected to the outside world. The concierge/front desk staff is welcoming to everyone and I often saw them engaging with residents. Rosewood welcomes family involvement and will embrace you as part of the Rosewood family. Both Charlottesville Rosewood locations (Greenbrier and Hollymead) are family owned, and it shows. I visited often and at differing times and was always impressed with the friendliness and compassion of the employees. Management was visible and knew each resident and their families. My mother’s caregivers quickly learned her personality and could make her smile even on bad days. The memory care staff follows a strict schedule that ensures the resident is clean and cared for. My mother’s room was always clean and trash removed. The Med Techs also knew the residents’ preferences and abilities regarding medications. Resident personalities in memory care vary greatly, I was impressed with how the staff engaged with individual residents, meeting them where they were in their dementia journey.

My family is so very appreciative that they had a spot for our mother when she needed extra care. The staff is so caring. Posting her name on the welcome board was a very nice touch and made her feel at home right away. Our mother always loves how wonderfully the facility is decorated especially during the holidays. There are always so many activities to pick from. The nursing staff and physical therapy staff provide excellent care. She appreciates the friendships she's developed since being there and is especially impressed with the friendliness and care from the cafeteria staff and their willingness to accommodate her special diet needs. She was also especially grateful to the maintenance staff who were always responsive to needs and willing to help.

For the first 2 years my mom was at Rosewood she needed little assistance and enjoyed the activities, food and friends she made. During the last 6 weeks of her life she needed daily help and supervision. The kindness and quality of care my mom received was amazing. The staff was responsive to my questions and requests and more importantly to my mom's needs. I am forever grateful for the tenderness and love they provided until the end of her life.

We are still in the process of getting my Uncle Rick settled in. The staff has been very accommodating and extremely nice! It has given the family peace of mind knowing he will be well taken care of!

I needed a facility for both my parents Dad was in a wheelchair after 2 broken hips (also on dialysis) and Mom needed memory care. Family and I had cared for them for 5 years but could no longer do the 24/7 care they needed. I visited several facilities and none of them come close to being as nice as this one. What really made my decision easy was the employees there! After a year of being in the facility, we lost my mother. During such a hard time they made it as comfortable as possible. As if we were in our home with family. The staff were professional but also like family. Dad was struggling after my Moms passing but the staff have really helped him. The new PT instructor has gotten my Dad up on his feet and excited about moving forward. It’s not perfect but they do strive for it to be. All of this said I would highly recommend trusting your parents at the Alto Duval Station.

I helped my Aunt when she moved almost a year ago. She's 96 years old. I live 350 miles away and strongly considered getting her to move closer to my home. However, Athens TN is her home and she wanted to stay, so I agreed. It was the right decision! The staff has been so good to her and for her. They encourage her but also respect her privacy and her decisions. They do a great job but they do more - they CARE. This has become her home, and the staff and other residents have become her substitute family. I'm so grateful that she is safe and receiving the assistance she needs.

The staff here is amazing. Not only did they care for my mom, they loved her and she loved them. The activity director does an amazing job of keeping residents active and on the go. The CNA's and nurses are top notch. Even the administrative staff is involved with the residents. Our experience here was nothing but good and I would recommend 100%.

I want to personally thank Clover Hill Senior Living in Maryville, TN for the absolutely incredible care they have provided my grandmother. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance on October 3, 2020. She couldn’t even sit up on her own that night. She went to Clover Hill on 11/17/2020. At that time, she was still unable to walk from the dining room to her room. However, the superb care and therapy she has been receiving in her two months at Clover Hill has been phenomenal! We had a window visit with her today, and she stood, straight up, for over 20 minutes to talk to us! Twenty minutes!! She told us that she “is having a ball”! She is an entirely different woman than the one that spent the last 3 years of her life sitting in a chair, looking out the window. She is finally thriving, and we are so, so thankful.

My Aunt Billie came to reside here in October of 2016. She lived there til the day she passed away in December, 2022. It was a big adjustment for her. The staff and management worked with us through every problem that we encountered while she got used to her new home and way of life. They were diligent in helping her become comfortable as a new resident, and eventually it became her home and they were her new extended family. Activities. Food. The country drives. The entertainment. The arts and crafts. Many activities and extras too numerous to mentioned. 6 years she lived there. She was well cared for and happy in her home. Her family is beyond grateful for all the love and friendships she had there throughout her stay. Some places aren’t perfect for some, while for others, it’s an exact fit. For her, she was home until her end. Our experience has been outstanding.

My wife was a resident for approximately three years. I also was a resident for approximately six months. During that time we both received outstanding care. The facility is clean and well maintained, the staff is willing and caring. If something is needed they are right there to care for the needs of the residents. I never observed a caretaker in a foul mood or out of sorts. The administrative staff is just as caring and cooperative. I have been associated with most of the nursing facilities in and around Crossville, and this is by far the best facility.

This is a very clean, beautifully decorated assisted living facility. The staff (office, nursing, aides and housekeeping) is very friendly, helpful and courteous. The food provided is well prepared and nutritious. They continuously look for ways to motivate their residents to be involved and provide programs and workshops for everyone. We’ve had no issues and feel relief from the care they have helped us with for our parent.

This is by far the most PERFECT place/home for my father. Every one of the employees are so wonderful!!! I trust them 110% with my father from the Nursing care to the meals they serve for each individual. The cleanliness of the facility is wonderful. When you walk in, there is no way you would realize it’s a senior care facility. I want to thank everyone who is employed here.

My Mother of 94 has been living at Allegro Harrington Park for the past 2yrs. We moved her from another place in NY of comparable price but NO comparison in terms of feel and services. Allegro is a space that breaths with lots of sunlight and windows and built along a reservoir. We have found the Staff from the front desk, the people involved in the activities to the nursing/caregivers and kitchen/wait staff to be very caring and kind. After 2yrs we are also very pleased about the high level of consistency Allegro maintains.
