We have had a wonderful experience at Spring Arbor of Wilson. They have provided respite care as well as long term care for our mother. She has made many new friends there and enjoys all the activities. There is always something fun to do. The staff is very friendly and have taken care of every need for my Mom, including special attention at move in. When I toured the facility I thought the interior and grounds were very well maintained and was surprised to learn it has been in operation longer than I thought. The residents seem nice too. It doesn't have the feeling of being a care facility; but, rather, it has a very homely feeling
