[This is an exclusive event for our professional partners.] Join us for an educational and engaging event as we introduce our innovative Interlude program—designed to support individuals experiencing early-stage memory loss with an intentional, compassionate approach to living. Interlude offers a reassuring bridge between assisted living and more advanced care, helping residents maintain purpose and connection during a time of transition.
 
When additional support becomes necessary, our Ensemble Memory Care program ensures a seamless move to a secure, familiar environment within the same community. From the earliest signs through the later stages, Alto is here every step of the way.

By far the best staff and residence around. Was in simsbury previously and was unhappy. Moved closer to family and moved to Harbour Chase now Alto at evergreen walk. My father has since passed and I miss the people and staff of Alto Evergreen Walk.

This is a wonderful facility with staff who truly care about their residents! The activities available to residents are great for mental, physical, and social stimulation, as well as the services that are provided. Plus, I’ve never had a bad bite to eat anytime I have visited! Would highly recommend to others looking for a place for a loved one.
