We are amazed in how much EVERYONE has done to help my mom during her adjustment period. Everyone has gone above and beyond in making it a smooth and reassuring transition. We couldn’t ask for more. From the best of meals, to the best of activities, to the best of the staff engaging with the residents it has been incredible!!! When I say the staff engages with the residents it literally means everyone. They really care for and about the residents. It’s so heartwarming to see so many residents happy and smiling and enjoying themselves.

I am so much more at ease knowing she is there!!! My mother was living in a different ALF, wish I could say which one so others would avoid the horrible experience! AI finally decided to move her to Alto, thank God I did!!! She is happier than I have seen her in a long time. The staff checks on her throughout the day and night , everything she needs is there from doctors to hairdressers. The daily schedule could be compared to that of a cruise ship! If you have to make the decision for a parent or a loved one, choose Alto you will not be disappointed!
