Offering Assisted Living and Memory Care in Titusville, Alto Hickory Creek stands out for its strong team culture and high resident satisfaction. In-house rehabilitation is another important advantage. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy can take place right in the community—even in a resident’s apartment when appropriate. Alzheimer’s Association Caregiver Support Group
This is an in-person support group for caregivers for individuals with Alzheimer’s or other dementia in collaboration with Alto.
Support groups create a safe, confidential, supportive environment or community and a chance for participants to develop informal mutual support and social relationships. They also educate and inform participants about dementia and help participants develop methods and skills to solve problems.

Our Executive Director and Sales Director have been part of Alto Hickory Creek since the community was still under construction, bringing uncommon stability to the experience.
