Our outdoor spaces bring their own sense of calm. We have landscaped gardens with native plants, a gently flowing creek nearby, and distant views of the Smoky Mountains connect our community to the natural beauty of Sevier County while creating an inviting backdrop for daily life.

Through personalized support tailored to each resident’s unique needs, engaging Life Skill Centers that awaken cherished memories, dementia-friendly design with a soothing outdoor sensory garden, and compassionate team members dedicated to preserving dignity and self-worth, Cottage creates a true sense of belonging—providing meaningful moments for residents and lasting peace of mind for families.

My Father was treated with love and respect. His treatment by the staff was amazing they seen to his every need 24 hours a day. He was very happy there. We couldn't have picked a better place for him to stay. Beautiful,clean and he liked the food ,three meals a day served to him and snacks. I want to thank every person that worked there. Spring Arbor has been a safe haven for my Mom these last few years. Our family appreciate the caring kindness and dedication of the entire staff. Everyone has been open to any suggestions and helpful in any situation that arises. Senior care can be difficult, tiring work and they do it with compassion. My mom loves it here. The staff is amazing! Lots of activities, trips out of the facility and great therapy services. Highly recommend this facility. All residents are treated with respect. They encourage family involvement and have great family nights often.
