Spring Arbor of Wilmington is a friendly, welcoming senior living community where meaningful relationships are at the center of everyday life.

Our smaller community design makes it easier for residents to comfortably access dining, activities, outdoor spaces, and other amenities while enjoying a genuine sense of familiarity.
A recent total refurbishment has refreshed our community with new paint, carpeting, and furniture, creating bright, comfortable surroundings throughout.
Nurses and staff are personable, attentive, and dedicated to getting to know each resident as an individual. Our relationship-centered approach, combined with a higher caregiver-to-resident ratio than other senior living communities nearby supports more personalized attention and helps families feel confident in the care their loved one receives.
