Spring Arbor of Greensboro
Located in northwest Greensboro off highway 220 and tucked between Lake Brandt and Lake Higgins, Spring Arbor of Greensboro is a bright, welcoming senior living community where our residents can build new friendships and stay engaged in daily life while receiving support tailored to their needs.
Our atmosphere feels comfortable from the moment you arrive. Natural light fills our community, team members greet visitors warmly, and our residents are often enjoying activities or spending time together. Assisted Living provides personalized support with independence in mind, while Memory Care offers a smaller, more intimate setting for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.

Team members are kind, attentive, and focused on what is best for each resident. That personal approach is easy to see during a visit. They engage naturally with current families as well as those touring the community, helping everyone feel comfortable asking questions and getting to know the people who make Spring Arbor feel like home.
The surroundings add to our welcoming atmosphere. Abundant natural light creates bright common areas, and a 2024 refresh brought updated touches throughout the community.
Our residents can choose how they spend their time. The Bistro is a favorite social spot, while our front porch offers a quieter place to relax. When something is happening, the activity room is often at the center of it.
Assisted Living
Assisted Living offers the freedom to enjoy each day your way, with a little extra support when you need it. Residents can settle into the comfort and privacy of their own apartment, connect with neighbors, take part in activities they enjoy, and spend less time worrying about the responsibilities of daily living.
Personalized care is shaped around each resident’s needs, preferences, and routines, helping them continue doing the things that make life feel familiar and fulfilling. Whether it’s sharing a meal with friends, trying something new, or simply enjoying a quiet afternoon, residents have the support and confidence to make each day their own.
Memory Care
Memory Care provides a warm, secure place where individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia can feel comfortable, connected, and truly at home. Familiar routines, welcoming spaces, and compassionate support help create a reassuring sense of consistency while encouraging residents to engage with the people and moments around them.
Care is personalized around each resident’s story, preferences, abilities, and daily rhythms. Through meaningful activities, familiar experiences, and opportunities for connection, residents are supported in finding purpose and enjoyment each day, while families can feel confident knowing their loved one is understood, valued, and cared for.
