Hurricane Dorian Community Update

Allegro St. Augustine

St. Augustine has been cleared to return to the community starting on Thursday 9/5. The residents and associates that were evacuated to Crane’s View Lodge will start to return home. The residents that went home with families during the hurricane are currently making their plans to return to the community.

Allegro St. Augustine

St. Augustine has received evacuation orders for Monday 9/2. They will be relocating to a sister community in Clermont, Florida (Cranes View Lodge), departing at 4pm EST on Monday, 9/2. Crane’s View Lodge is prepared to welcome residents and ensure their comfort and safety during the storm.

As Hurricane Michael approaches, the safety of our residents and associates are our focus and priority.

Allegro Tallahassee Update

Power has been restored at Tallahassee. The community is operating under full electric service and will be ready to welcome residents back home on 10/16. We will be accompanying residents back to the community from Fleming Island on the morning of 10/16.

For residents who are staying with family, we kindly request that you call the community at 850-668-4004 and arrange a time to return to your residence after 5 pm on 10/16. This will give us adequate time to get our residents traveling from Fleming Island comfortable and ensure that our buses are unloaded.

In the meantime, If you have any questions about a loved one(s), you can reach Fleming Island at 904-278-4442.

Allegro Located in St. Augustine Receives Top Honors for Property of the Year

St. Augustine, Fla.  – On Thursday, March 29th, Allegro, located in St. Augustine, was awarded the Property of the Year Award for 2017.  Each Year, Allegro Management Company recognizes an outstanding community for Excellence in Resident Satisfaction, Excellence in Employee Satisfaction and Overall Outstanding Achievement.

This will be the 3rd year since 2012 that the St. Augustine property will be recognized as the winner for Property of the Year.
